Aesthetic and Dental clinics based in Manchester and London offer a variety of treatments, from laser teeth whitening, Botox and fillers, to holistic therapies, laser hair removal and minor surgery.
A small in-house team had scheduled a very aggressive online media campaign with Groupon and Wowcher. They wanted to capture leads and increase sales by generating customers for their clinics but had insufficient resources to deal with the planned new enquiries and bookings. They approached several telephone answering companies to work with, but they could not find one that could provide them with a bespoke solution. They were referred by Jelly to Telephone Answering who were able to offer them a solution tailored to their specific needs.
Our bespoke solution
We had an in-depth meeting with the director of the company to get a full understanding of their expectations and what they required from us. They needed a company that could answer the calls and advise the caller on the availability of appointments and treatments, as well as booking customers into their Jelly diary and redeeming Groupon/Wowcher coupons.
Telephone Answering created a bespoke solution so that customers can be booked into the appropriate clinic using the company’s Jelly diary system and also redeem coupons using the Groupon and Wowcher systems. When taking bookings for customers, we quickly realised that a lot of callers hadn’t yet purchased the Groupon or Wowcher deals but wanted to know more before they purchased. With permission from the director, we were able to offer a price match for payment by credit card. This meant that the client receives 100% of the sale and no commission is paid to either company. To the director’s surprise, the profits and sales increased beyond their expectations.
Where are they now?
They are looking to expand the business and have now become a major brand in the Manchester and London area, having gained significant market share. Their revenue and profit have increased as well as the level of customer service.
